Qualification Required: ITI Fitter / Refrigeration and Air Conditioning(RAC)

Total Experience: 5-10 years

Role and Responsibilities: Role Context: To be responsible for uninterrupted availability of utilities (Process Air, Instrument air, Nitrogen Air, Treated water, Chilled water, Cooling water) for production processes and report deviations and abnormalities. He is also responsible for ensuring that all activities and sub-activities are carried out as per the guidelines of the safety manual, SOP and WI’s. 1. Utilities Operation and Maintenance: Perform operation of Utilities, Cooling tower, Air Compressors, Dryers, Nitrogen Plant, WTP, and Chilling Plant as per SOPs/WIs and ensure process requirements are fulfilled. 2. Operation and Maintenance( Predictive/ Preventive/ Shutdown): Coordinate with service departments (Electrical, Instrument, mechanical, Admin, civil) for PPM, overhauling, predictive maintenance and shutdown activities. 3. Health Status of Equipment of Utilities: To take regular walks around of utility section. Note down the abnormalities and escalate the matter for a timely solution. Ensure utility equipment and Panels are operated in a safe, and efficient manner. 4. Safety, Housekeeping & Environment: Adhere to the safety manual and maintain housekeeping on the shop floor in order to ensure a safe workplace and to avoid unsafe acts and unsafe conditions. 5. MIS and Record Keeping: To keep updating day-to-day logbooks of Utilities (all the parameters of individual utilities) and also keep updating various MIS’s 6. Emergency services: Stop and start all equipment from panels during power changeover without delay. 7. Testing of various samples under the norms: Collect the samples and get it tested from QC lab for Ph, Hardness and conductivity once a day, 24 hours or as and when required as well as record all the parameters. 8. Reservoir water storage and its record keeping: Coordinate with Sawanga Pump house operator to start and stop the pump to ensure the required water level is maintained in the Lagoon tank. 9. Inventory Management: To keep a sufficient inventory of spare & parts, consumable materials, tools tackles for various field operations and maintenance-related jobs. Monthly review of critical spares and parts and updates the same to HOD. 10. Safety & 5’s: To follow the safety norms under the protocol of BEPL and ensure 100 % compliance with safety norms. To maintain workstations under the 5’s regularly.

Role and Responsibilities: Role Context: To be responsible for field instrumentation operations and troubleshooting. 1. Maintenance of Instrument equipment (predictive, preventive and shutdown): Perform maintenance of equipment’s scheduled jobs as per the planned schedule. 2. Breakdown maintenance: Carry out the breakdown maintenance as and when required with available resources Calibration of Installed equipment: As per plan schedule, perform calibration of instruments and keep the record for recalibration before the due date. 3. Inventory Management: To keep a sufficient inventory of spare & parts, consumable materials, tools tackles for various field operations and maintenance-related jobs. Monthly review of critical spares and parts and updates the same to HOD. 4. Role and Responsibilities: • Conversant with working in SAP • Implementation and documentation of all safety norms in company • Knowhow of DCS system architecture, engineering, troubleshooting & logic modification (Yokogawa Centum VP Preferred) • Competent in Instrumentation technical documentation, manuals, design documentations, specifications, datasheets, P&ID, Logic diagrams, Cause & Effect sheets • Knowhow of installation and troubleshooting of field instruments like pressure transmitter, flow transmitter, RTD, Thermocouple, Analyzers and other relevant process control instruments • Basic know how of UPS, EPABX and other plant peripherals is preferred

Role and Responsibilities: • Maintenance & Calibration of all Field Instruments for Process parameters of Flow, Level, Temperature, Pressure, Analytical instruments. • Maintain History records, Logsheets, Check-sheets of all Instruments & maintain consumable inventory. • Repair faulty /damaged instruments / equipment & keep the same in good condition for use. Identify beyond repairable instruments & submit the list to HOD Instrumentation. • Update Calibration Status of all Instruments in field. • Basic Knowledge of DCS & PLC / SCADA Hardware & Communication protocols. • Implementation of housekeeping, ISO & Safety standards & procedures.

Qualification Required: PGD-PPT (CIPET)

Total Experience: 3-5 Yrs.

Role and Responsibilities: • The operation of all equipment pertaining to the extrusion operation including the mixing conditioning and transfer of products and all other equipment related to the extruders performance. • All necessary on-line quality checks, such as moistures, pH, bulk density etc. • Responsibility for safe work practices as well as helping to create a safe work environment. • Extruder parameters monitoring • Packing, stitching & printing of finish production control • Data entry of finished production & break down notification • Communication with PE, SCPR & material movement team • Maintaining process condition specified in manual or suggested by technical officers • To carry out activities as suggested by superiors.
