BEPL recognises the importance of socially responsible efforts, towards its customers, employees and stakeholders. It focuses, inter alia, on protecting and preserving the environment, protecting people, human rights, philanthropy and volunteering.
The Company believes that CSR activities can help forge a stronger bond between the employees, companies and the society. CSR activities not only boost the morale of the employees but it also makes them feel more connected with the society at large.
Vigilant towards the enforcement of its corporate principles, and committed towards a sustainable development, BEPL emphasizes on a strong corporate culture and stresses on the need for integrating Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) values with its business objectives.
Our multiple initiatives
Our initiatives are never limited to ourselves. We believe in ‘Giving back to the Society’ and sharing the benefits of noble gesture with all. Bhansali Vidya Mandir Public School, a project of Bhansali Education and Social Welfare Society is one of them, which came into existence in July’ 1992 at Bhansali Nagar; a township developed by BEPL. Affiliated with the CBSE Board, New Delhi, the School provides quality education to children from pre-primary to Class X and assists them in holistic development, through various educational, sports and other related activities. For academic year 2019-20, the total number of student enrolled were 950+.
Educating and training the Girl child
With an aim to educate children, we assist them in their education and skill development by providing appropriate guidance & counselling, technical & vocational support and empowering them towards a dignified life.
Our primary focus is on the education of underprivileged children. Besides education, we groom them as future value creators, impart training and promote sports and community living. We also guide them on conservation of natural resources and environment changes.
