Our Company entered into Joint Venture Agreement with Nippon A&L Inc., Japan (jointly owned by the globally renowned Sumitomo Chemicals Co. Ltd. and Mitsui Chemicals, Inc.) on 11th May, 2013 at Mumbai which will enable the Company to cater to the growing demand of ABS resins, ASA resins, AES resins and other Specialty polymers in the field of Automobile, Telecommunication, Electrical and Electronic goods.

Nippon A & L Inc. is a reputed manufacturer of Synthetic Resins ABS, ASA, AES and other Specialty Polymers in Japan with a capital of 6 Billion Yen. The Company has combined manufacturing capacity of 1,10,000 TPA of ABS and ASA and 90,000 TPA of SBR NBR Latex and 18,000 TPA of Latex compounds.

With this strategic alliance, the technical know-how, recipes and compounds will be available to your Company which will put your Company in high trajectory growth areas of Automobile and Telecommunications, and will lead to revenue growth and cost synergy opportunities for the Company. This alliance will result in both consumer benefits and all round efficiencies. The other areas of cooperation would include training and exchange of man power , using state of the art testing facilities of NAL for product innovation and up gradation and provision of technical cooperation for application development.
